Ryan Chandra — Founder & CEO

Raised in Vancouver by immigrant parents who instilled in him discipline and a strong work ethic, Ryan's approach to leadership was shaped early on by mentors who believed in putting people first. That foundation continues to guide everything he does today.

With over 18 years of progressive HR leadership experience, Ryan founded PeopleWise Solutions to raise the standard of organizational leadership across Canada.

He holds an Associate of Arts from Douglas College, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of the Fraser Valley, and a Post-Baccalaureate in Strategic HR Management from Kwantlen Polytechnic University.
